Fitness Must

The English Rachel Drago decided to do something about her weight to get back into shape for her 40th birthday. She lost 25 kg in 100 days. Under the shower she discovered two lumps in her breast which turned out to be cancer. Rachel is convinced that the humps they would not have felt if she had not fallen much.

Rachel Drago is a nurse and works in a general practice in Usk, England. “I do not think I discovered the tumor was not as if I had lost weight. If I had only discovered when they become much larger, and they were all great when I discovered them, “says Rachel. “As a nurse I know the dangers of obesity and at one point I was determined to do something and there was a very strict diet. I had not realized that the fat layers hid something for me. “According to Jill Donovan, oncology nurse, is it more common for tumors detected by the waste. “Not only can the waste be found tumors, but the waste places the patient in a better position of survival,” says Jill.

Rachel Drago, married and mother of 2 children, now weighs 55 kg with a height of 1.57 meters. Together with her breast, the lymph nodes in her armpit removed. She is now working on a chemo which lasts until October.
