5.Gun your body enough rest. Stress can cause obesity. With a well equipped body you’re better able to cope with stress. The body also needs rest for the cell structure that you need to function properly during the day – even if you’re on a diet.

Know that no panacea exists in a week so you get a dream figure. Losing weight is hard work. It requires discipline and perseverance.
